Referencing a navy deployment into Western Pacific waters, a “West Pac Tour” that would encompass travels to Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Hawaii and more, our menu brings together the greatest hits of the area’s regions, from Thai papaya salad to Chinese bao buns, Korean fried chicken, Filipino lumpia, Japanese ramen and Hawaiian poke.
